Very nice and clean. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. This is the third time I have stayed here. I quit for a time because the treadmill in the exercise room is never in service. It still is not working. This is a major inconvenience. that should not take years to fix.

Decent for the price

The room was not super clean, even had food left in the fridge from a previous guest. Hotel in general is a little out dated and the pool is closed. Breakfast was the general cereal, bread, yogurt and a waffle maker. Nothing super exciting. The bed was pretty comfortable and the housekeeping along with the front desk staff gave excellent service

the room was ok. tub faucet wiggled. found and m&m on the floor. seemed rushed vacuuming. everything was out of order. breakfast was mediocre and the staff was not the friendliest. Pool was closed due to government reasons? gross...and not posted on line. i took my daughter here hoping to swim. i wouldnt recommend this hotel. sadly...staff should learn more about GOOD customer service.

Once a year visit to Kankakee

At check-in there were two ladies at the front desk, very nice and approachable with conversation. I mentioned the convenience of a pool and how my grand-girls were disappointed because the pool wasn't open in July. One of the ladies mentioned that they would cancel my reservations without an issue but I declined because we had stayed with COMFORT INN previously and enjoyed our stay. Sunday morning we had a issue with the iron, my husband spoke with housekeeping and she replaced it immediately. The hotel was quiet inside and out.

Very disappointed.

Booked this hotel for the pool. Pool was out of service. Would be nice to have that communicated. Also, WiFi had a signs but not a single one of our devices would connect. Front desk person also had same issue. Asked if there was something to be done like move to a different room and they said they would check with the manager. That did not happen and asked if there's some kind of discount we could receive and they said they would check with the manager. That also did not happen.

I paid 250.00 the floor was soaked and the room was 90 degrees and wouldn’t get cold. The staff had to bring a blanket for the floor and a fan since it was the only room left I couldn’t get another and it was too late to find another hotel. I even have pictures of how wet the floor was

Our stay was very nice. The hotel was recently remodeled so it looked updated. The beds were very comfortable. We had two rooms and the room with the King sized bed had many pillows, but they were very small. The room we had with two queen beds had regular sized pillows. The hotel is not fancy, but it had pretty much everything we needed and was close to the college campus and shopping which met our needs. The only problem we had was with the blinds. When the rooms were updated they changed the blinds to being able to be opened and closed electronically as opposed to with a pull cord. Our shade wouldn't close. Because the room was facing east (lots of sunlight very early in the morning-especially in June!) and we were on the ground level, we didn't like having the window open. We notified the front desk staff to see if they could fix it. They gave us clips to keep the curtains closed, but the curta
