Over priced and over packed and one of the water slides were down, this place is supposed to be for kids yet the kids area water is freezing cold, the shower water was not hot. Very disappointed in our stay

The check in desk only had 1 person working, so if you already checked in and had come back to get waterpark wristbands you had to wait in line again. I’m not sure why they don’t have a person to put the wristbands on in the waterpark. Our room was dirty, lamps weren’t plugged in and I don’t think they had even bothered to vaccum. We had 3 people in our room but only 2 towels in the bathroom. The water park was very cold, we were told they were having an issue keeping the water warm and that maintenance was working on it but it didn’t warm up while we were there. The next morning they didn’t have coffee, creamer or sweetener out at the coffee bar. All in all, it was our first visit and our last. watpark wasn’t heated

My room was clean but no in room refrigerator, no iron, no breakfast, no body wash, just small random shampoos, some not full. I Left a day early because others in my party had serious issues with their accommodations, they didn’t stay at all. We never got to the water. So disappointing.

The room thermostat was not working properly, the walls are as thin as paper, you can literally hear arguments or anything going on in the other rooms, i was shocked that you pay 400$ and don't offer a mini fridge in the family suite, there were no sheets for the sofa bed and you can tell they don't want their guests comfortable in these nasty old mattresses. I was extremely disgusted. I will not be returning here again!

Staff wasn’t efficient, was rude to other customers, there was a loud exchange between the customer and worker, and the worker didn’t try to deescalate the situation, she just made it worse. Elevators were down, the bar charged a shot for 34 dollars. All around an “okay” experience

The staff lady that was there at check ion on the evening shift was fantastic! Our room was ready and clean . Now the staff lady on days ( Saturday) she was Not very kind to guests and was not very friendly to anyone. There was no coffee made in the afternoon for customers. She was VERY rude to a few guests in front of other guests . Every time I went down stairs she was sitting behind the desk on her personal phone , eating, and never acknowledged customers or guests . Also, the elevator was not working . There was a team of handicap cheerleaders and their families that stayed this weekend and we will come again but I just hope this one employee will be spoke to. As I said before the evening employee was FANTASTIC!!!!

Everything went wrong, I was checked in my room with a forged signature, my room wasn’t cleaned or sanitized for my self l even with a late check in. Then there was an infestation of roaches popping out of when we started laying down for bed.

I probably would have gave them more stars, if it was the initial experience. For starters the check-in process was non existent. The clerk only asked my name as validation (meaning no took my id to confirm nor asked for a card for incidentals), gave my room keys, say where the room was, never gave me or tried to place on the wristbands that came with my room - said to come back during the day - and sent me on my way! The room we were given was barely cleaned. Duvet/Comforter and sheets on King bed were stained with candy or crayon. Bathroom tub was dirty and covered in scum, bathroom mirror was splattered with toothpaste, mini fridge didn't work - discovered it was unplugged. However, the following morning I called the front desk and spoke with Michelle who apologized and provided us with a new room that was properly cleaned and also provided information that wasn't received upon checking in (before and) when we returned to the front desk with the prior room keys and we provided a card for incidentals; by letting me know about the pool being open - because it was Xmas Day and the waterpark was closed. Also noticed issues with multiple elevators and vending machine as being out of order. They don't provide simple/continental breakfast to their guest - just coffee/tea. Overall my family and I had an okay time for the few days we spent at Splash Universe, but I am definitely on the fence about returning...especially with this being all of ours 1st experience with the place.
