Paid for room thru hotels.com. Had receipt but hotel said not paid. Then asked for security deposit of 80.30 which I was to get back. Few days later it went from pending on my card to posted. I phoned hotel and they did not return my money. TERRIBLE place. No not recommend.

Service was great!

Friendly and helpful front desk staff. We originally were given a room on the second floor - the hallway and our room felt very “budget” in cleanliness and vibe. The AC would not turn on, so we went downstairs and let them know. They promptly switched us to the third floor. This floor was much better! The bedding was white and clean and the whole vibe was nicer…plus the AC worked. Breakfast was nicer than most hotels of this style.

Staff was friendlyish but wouldn't give us extra coffee for the room. The tray for the coffee was the wrong size and wouldn't work anyway. The room seemed clean but highly fragranced with probably fabuloso. The walls of the tub shower were dirty. The sheets were clean though and the ac worked well.

The hotel was dirty and disgusting. They try to mask the musty smell with some perfumes but it would smell thru it. It smell marihuana all over even tho it was supposed to be No smoking hotel. Our room was dirty, crumbs on the floors, dust in bathroom corners. Honestly I wished we didn’t stay the night here. Thank god we only book one night in this hotel. What a waste of money. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone unless you enjoy dirt and the smell of marihuana while trying to sleep.
