This is an older facility that is kept clean but can use building upgrades. The breakfast only has cereal, yogurt and frozen biscuits sandwiches, which is consistent with continental breakfast style, but it can have more items. The hotel has noise issues coming from outside, so better building isolation and better windows can help, again going back to upgrading the building.
