Oh the staff was a very nice bunch of individuals all but one. But exthe hotel stunk we had to pay for valeymt parking the whole stay. The ice machine didnt work and tno one sanitized or cleaned the elevator floor the same carpet nail was in it all week. And the third party who booked my trip booked it wrong location and ithe hotel wouldndnt change me to correct hotel 1020min away try to reimburse me or help anyway. The water was hot though but nobath tubs..i wanted a bath tub in my hotel room. Oh and we didnt get informned of the free breakfast until our last day.so our stay sucked

The hotel is in a nice part of town convenient to walk and get transportation to shops and restaurants. Very historic but the day we were leaving they were closing for a remodel. They had obviously not fixed or updated anything in anticipation of the remodel. The staff tried very hard and were very kind but there was not much they could do. Worn furniture in room, no light bulbs, tv cable out, mold. Work out room machines out of order, tv out of order, you get the idea!

There were 2 dirty wash clothes with hair on them hanging on the shower rod in the room. The breakfast buffet needs some TLC as far as what is served and quality and the juices were all out. The staff was amazing! The staff i came into contact with gets 5 stars! Everyone was so friendly and had great attitudes amd were very welcoming. Lala i think her name was that worked last night made check in 10 out of 10 would recommend.

The hotel property does not have parking. Guests park on the street. There is very limited unloading area. This should be been noted on website. The heat controls didn’t work so the desk clerk set it virtually but didn’t turn it down as promised after time to heat up a very cold room. While most of the room was fine and clean, the shower door tracks need a good cleaning.

There was like dried stuff on the walls, lampshades were damaged, etc. the property is under construction so hopefully it will be better soon. I did not know that I would be staying in a construction building however and wouldn’t have booked this room if I had know

Room was in need of renovation, as was the entire hotel. Paint peeling from shower ceiling, toilet paper holder broken, furniture damaged and upholstered chair needed serious cleaning. Could not see out windows as they were so dirty. All the staff were nice, it just needs a serious renovation. Would never stay there again.

First, we had to part in a parking deck that cost $26 for one night. The hotel said they didn't cover parking. TV did not work, but the front desk moved us to another room. Lastly, there was no hot water when taking a shower the next morning.

While the property in under renovation, that is no excuse to allow he rooms maintenance to be disregarded, impossible to keep a hotel clean without proper maintenance.

Breakfast was great. TV was the worst set up I have ever seen in a Hotel, took an hour to figure out how to get any channel. Scrap the system and start over. The average person would never figure out how to use the TV

No refrigerator in the room. There was no place to store my wife’s insulin. No hairdryer in the bathroom. Had to spend more money on my stay than it was supposed. Room temperature was not optimal. For this I would like my money back and stay elsewhere. They Charge $25.00 dollars as incidental fee. Breakfast was amazing! And despite the upgrades done to the hotel, they keep it clean as good as possible.

We cancelled our reservation after we got to the property and were told that there is no on-site parking only valet parking at $30 a night or on street parking from 5 pm to 8 am in a dodgy neighborhood. This was not disclosed in the property description on Expedia.
