The door to the building we stayed in was not locked at night, there was shady stuff happening in the back parking lot by our room. They were out of everything, the ice machine was broken. Not impressed, will not stay there again.

I had a king suite with a kitchenette, next to the stairwell - which was insanely noisy. There were people banging up and down until very late, and either banging on the wall or my door. A dog was snarling and barking, and it sounded like someone was trying to open my door. The room was also not very clean, with shaved hair all around and inside the sinks

Bad experience

We always use the Best Western chain because of the comfort standard. Our stay at this hotel was a bad experience. The toilet had problems, it seemed to be clogged. The curtains were falling down, there was no place to put our bags (I had to ask for a chair) and lastly, the heating unit needs to be fixed, because it was making such a loud noise that we had to turn it off, because it didn't let us sleep and we ended up sleeping in our winter clothes to keep warm. Very disappointing.

Communication could have been better. A text was sent inviting me to follow up with any questions, and when I did ask a question it was ignored. I asked at the check in desk and was given an indirect answer that didn't answer my question. The property was ok, signs point to renovations being in progress. Some things have been recently maintained and other items could use some attention. Overall it wasn't a bad place to sleep for the night.
