I booked our room almost 6 months early. It was for a romantic get away with my husband so I got a very expensive king room. The hotel told us they overbooked and had no king rooms so stuck us in a 2 queen room and didn’t refund us any money. After expressing my disappointment they reluctantly gave us some vouchers for the casino but that still didn’t help how disappointed we were.
