Great location. Condo needs a MAJOR DEEP cleaning.

Location was great. Lots of fun activities to do around the complex. Indoor pool was a hit for the kids since ocean was still to cold for swimming. Understandable for beginning of April. Condo was cozy for a family of four, but worked fine for the minimal amount of time we spent inside. Could use some updating on decor and repair. One window had no screen screen door was ripped but that did not matter since it would not even close. So the nice breeze of the ocean was rarely enjoyed.The major issue of our whole trip was the cleanliness of the condo. Black Mold on the shower curtains in both bathrooms. Dust, trash, and food crumbs under and behind all of the furniture. Found prior tenants vape pen under the couch cushion. All the fans need to be dusted and only half the light bulbs worked. Will look at other condos for our next stay.
