The actual property was great. I was really disappointed in the dining option at the resort. The waitress and hostess were great though. I did not think dinner was worth the price and they didn’t have a wide variety of options on the menu for how expensive it was. My husband and I were in a get away together and thought it would be nice to just stay at the hotel and eat. Very disappointed in the food. The soup we had tasted like canned soup. If they switched that and made it better, I would give the hotel 5 stars. Sorry a restaurant had to make it worse for you but if you have that in your hotel, it’s expected we will review this as well.

The restaurant had a very limited menu. Our room looked at the roof of the hotel. Room was not that clean. Would not recommend doing a night out and dinner if your a couple that wants a nice night out. Pick a different hotel.

Our stay was enjoyed by all. Pros: The location is perfect with direct access to the beach and boardwalk. Breakfast was great. Pool area was nice and clean. Cons: upon entry to room there was an opened and used piece of soap sitting on the counter in the bathroom and the bottles in the shower were empty. I let the front desk know, replacements were never brought to our room. All around great experience.

Traveling with kids, so chose this hotel for the indoor pool. The only complaint was the shampoo attached to wall broke off and shower curtain wouldn't stay buttoned to main piece so fell off.

We loved the view from our suite but the first suite had ants coming up through the sink. The second suite the whirlpool tub leaked and we had to jamb a washcloth in the hole so we could have some kind of bath

I recently stayed at the DoubleTree by Hilton while attending a conference, and my experience was overwhelmingly positive. From check-in to check-out, the hotel delivered on comfort, cleanliness, and great service. The highlight of my stay was the restaurant—the food was incredibly fresh, with large portions and great flavor. Every meal I had was delicious, and I appreciated the quality of the ingredients. My room was well-maintained, and housekeeping did an excellent job keeping it spotless throughout my stay. The public spaces, including the conference area and restrooms, were impressively clean and well-kept, which made the event experience even better. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, making check-in and any requests smooth and efficient. The only downside was the gym, which was quite small. If you're looking for a full workout, the options are limited. Overall, this was a fantastic stay, and I would definitely return—especially for the food!

I think they have a ant problem. Ants was all over the bathroom. Front desk notified maintenance and switched my room. Everything was fine after that. I enjoyed my stay.
