Couldn’t sleep as the bed was so uncomfortable. The pillows were hard and the sheets didn’t even smell clean. The entire place needs updated.

This place was perfect for our stay to explore Carter caves state park! We were looking for something close and convenient to hit the trails and this place was it! You stay in the center of all the trails so we were able to very easily access all of them! Staff was wonderful, very kind and helpful. The rooms were very pleasant to stay in as well. I will for sure be coming back in the future 👍

Requested a room on upper level, they made it happen! Clean, quiet, nice little deck. Close to everything at Carter caves. Swimming pool included with stay! Kids and I are having a blast. Only complaint is that the Toilet seat could use replacing. Very very old.

Absolutely love everything, the hiking, the caves, swimming, fishing, friendly staff, the rooms were comfortable and clean. Only downfall were rooms above, could hear every step made across floor and walkway. Buffet was amazing, Prices are absolutely great for a vacation to beautiful scenery. I would recommend to all. Will definitely be going back.

Was a nice place to stay,. Cassandra at the desk in the lodge was amazing!! I love this is part of the park, excellent pool, excellent restaurant. The people that work for the park were wonderful.

One night family stay while passing through. The pool was amazing, the caves were beautiful. When we got back to our room the air conditioner was not working. The staff at the front desk came right away and did her magic and it started cooling off right away. We will definitely be back for a longer stay.
