Burned out lightbulb and no wand for the blinds in the door to allow us to close them. Placed call to housekeeping around 5:00pm, voice mail said they would get back to us. Never did. Reported it to the front desk and even brought the burned bulb with us. Said he would place an order. When we came back from dinner around 9pm, nothing had been corrected. Called the front desk again, was told he had put in an order. When I asked if someone was still around to fix, said "let me check" then came back and said they had left for the day. Did not contact them again the 2nd day, and when we returned to our room that night, nothing had been taken care of. Very disappointed in their handling of the issue.

Spectacular views! Wonderful accommodations with photos of the Von Trapp family throughout. Excellent offerings on the History of this famous family. Dinner was superb and again, breathtaking views. Unfortunately we did not have the allotted time to take in all that the resort has to offer guests in tours, walkabouts, etc. I would definitely recommend and we will return.

The room and property were both very clean. The staff were super friendly. We had dinner at the restaurant and it was good. I had drinks at the bar and the service and selection was excellent. The room was quiet for the most part. The only reason I didn’t give this 5 stars is that the heater was noisy. It woke me up every time it came on.

The property is very nice and clean. The room was bigger than expected. The only negative comment I have is we went to dinner in their higher end restaurant. We needed to order a gluten-free item and our waiter told us that we would piss off the chef. That comment alone almost made us leave. But we stayed in the meal was adequate but not worth the price. Overall, the hotel was fantastic.
