Property is aging and dingy. Its intent is high volume occupancy with minimal maintenance and deep cleaning for maximum profit. Property allows pets and sound of barking dogs passes through walls and is very annoying when trying to sleep. Desk staff appeared to be disgruntled about something and was very short and unwelcoming. Room key was not correctly activated to open room door. Desk staff offered no apologies when returned to get room key activated correctly.
