The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and nice. Breakfast was good. Overall a nice place to stay the only drawback , the beds are ridiculously high. In 6’2” and had to just dive into bed.

Room substandard this time. I have used this hotel before and my previous experience was better. Not explained about the included breakfast hours, room lacked basic necessities such as tissue paper, pencil and paper for notes, partually clogged bathroom sink, etc.

The bed was clean and comfortable, but the shower was stained at all four corners and the shampoo bottle was missing. We had read that the breakfast was amazing but it was very standard and impersonal. Having cookies out was nice. We would not come back.

We had stayed here the prevous year also during football season and had a wonderful experience. However, this stay was the complete opposite. First, the common areas seemed dirty with spills noted onnthe floors wothutlipe safety signs. Next, the fitted sheet was stained (and was replaced upon request). We were also told the wi-fi was being worked on as they were having issues. There was no wi-fi all weekend. I have a feeling that this was an ongoing issue as we found a hotspot device that had been left by a previous guest on the window ledge. Lastly, we noticed lots of guests requesting extra towels as their rooms seemed to have a limited amount. It was just not a great experience.
