Nice stay, but a few things not available.

Overall it was very nice stay. Clean room, staff is very friendly, and breakfast was good and I like the 24x7 coffee. Indoor swimming pool was out of service, the hot tub was out of service, and the laundry service was out of service with no mention of it while booking.

I picked hotel compared to others for hot tub but after I checked in found out that both the pool and hot tub were out of service. They suggested I drive to another property in the freezing sleet. Bedding was extremely thin and room was freezing. Had a hard time finding thermostat. It is hidden behind Tv but couldn’t be moved from 68 so did not sleep well as too cold. Very noisy in the am. Disappointing for the price.

Great stay, great staff

We had an excellent stay, there was stuff in our fridge which was the only bad thing in the room. The only downside was that we couldn't stay longer. Staff was wonderfully helpful.
