This property took advantage of my stay to squeeze $100 worth of parking fees (5 nights) from me for the one night we had a car. They refused to work with me to validate or clarify the situation. The Hyatt team was extremely disappointing.
The Hotel staff was pretty good. The Valet service upset.me greatly. I have a large truck, that is just about too high for the parking garage. I specifically requested that my truck stay parked out front, which was agrees to by the front desk, as well at the valet. I came out in the morning and my truck was nowhere to be found. Apparently, the decision was made to put my truck i. The garage, against my wishes, as well as what was agreed upon. When you are paying as much as i did for a room, as well as valet parking, it is highly upsetting to find that your wishes were disregarded. This incidents left me with a very bad taste for the hotel.
The staff were amazing, helpful, kind, friendly and extremely professional at all times. Especially: Jennifer, Karen, fanny, Vicente, Octavious, Louis and Ricardo.
They made stay memorable.
Our toilet was broken would not flush handle broken - we were there for my daughters dance competition and totally inconvenienced. I was charged for parking twice when normal places you don’t even pay for parking at all. Horrible stay will never return to this place
For the price charged, this hotel was definitely disappointing. The cleanliness was questionable—particularly the coffee maker, which looked like it had never been washed. Additionally, the room had two bottles of water with a note stating that non-loyalty members would be charged, which felt unwelcoming.
Breakfast was not included, and the prices at their market were excessive—I paid $12 for a small water and an ice cream. The view from my window was nothing special, just a rooftop.
The only highlight of my stay was the access to Crunch Gym, which had excellent equipment and made for a great workout experience.
Overall, this hotel does not offer the value expected for the price. I wouldn’t recommend it unless access to the gym is a top priority.
