More than satisfactory!

Very clean, comfortable stay. The employees were fantastic. Check in was easy and everything as more than satisfactory. We had some trouble with our key cards not working, but the employees were quick to reset them. The breakfast was very good; not just cereal and toast. There were eggs, sausage, waffles, pancakes and many bread options. My husband and I were very pleased with our stay.

It need a face lift of the building. Wrong place to put hotel in that area My room 216 windows no view. Feel like prison. Rooms were nice but the windows view not pretty at all. All you see wall and roof.

Hoping they get much needed updates soon

The staff is nice and the room is comfortable enough but the hotel needs some updates. The breakfast wasn’t good this time sadly, everything was either cold or not fully cooked on the three mornings we ate it. I like the staff though and hope they’re on the schedule to get some much needed upgrades.

Great stay.

We had a noise issue from the heating unit. They moved us right away. Good breakfast, clean room. Only issue was the towels are rough. Turn your dryer heat down a bit or clean the lint filters more frequently.

Great spot after skiing at Granite Peak

We stayed here after skiiing at Granite Peak and it was fabulous! The hot tub, hot breakfast, gourmet self serve espresso machine, kitchenettes in the room etc were all appreciated. Super clean and very friendly staff.
