This hotel is obviously a family run business. They were usually not available. The breakfast was sparse and not appetizing. We went elsewhere each morning. The bathroom had no soap, shampoo or conditioner. If it was not so close to the hockey rink we would have left.

The hotel was nice . Unfortunately, the 2nd day there was almost nothing left at breakfast, although we arrived 45 minutes before it ended. Also, the he rooms are definitely not sound proof- and both nights we heard things going on in the next room that we did not want to. The pool was great, and it's located near restaurants and shopping!

You get what you pay for.

Room keys stopped working for us on three occasions and needed to be reprogrammed. Front desk staff is not pleasant.

Yeah, my family had to leave in the middle of the night because we found hair and mystery red colors in the bed and shower. Also a bug flew at me when I under the blanket.

pleasantly surprised

I booked for an impromptu visit with my twin sister and we were pleasantly surprised. The staff was pleasant and a tentative, she even gave us joining rooms. The rooms were clean and really roomy. The only thing I didnt like was the broken key pass to enter from rear parking, and the carpets on the floor in the room were really outdated. We plan on booking another stay with more time so we can discover the area more.

We stayed here for three nights housekeeping didn't come in the whole stay and if you had garbage you had to leave out pool chlorine was a little high bed was not very comfortable but at the price it was ok staff was friendly and was close to where we wanted to go to plus if you are a flyers fan cause it across from there training facilities
