I’ve had the opportunity to stay at Hampton Inn [Philadelphia/Voorhees] for the past two months, and it’s been a comfortable and convenient home away from home. The staff consistently demonstrated kindness and professionalism, always ready with a warm greeting or helpful suggestion. My room was well-maintained, with housekeeping doing an excellent job keeping things tidy and refreshed. One of the standout experiences was when I made a mistake in one of my bookings and the staff went above and beyond to find me a room when the hotel was 100% sold out. It’s those thoughtful touches that made a long stay feel less like a hotel and more like a temporary residence. Overall, the hotel offered a consistently pleasant experience. I would absolutely recommend it to anyone needing a longer-term stay in the area.

It's a nice hotel but they have no recycling. There should be recycling containers in the rooms, dining area, and lobby. All their breakfast utensils and plates and many food containers are recyclable but all this is thrown into the normal garbage.

On your site it doesn't say anything about the $75 hold for incidentals. It only has $75 stated in the description as a nightly pet fee. I feel that this should be in the description for regular guests without pets with them (like me) that way they can plan their tip here accordingly and know about all fees. What if I was someone strapped for cash that was only in town for a funeral or something last minute. Money is too tight right now and I feel that all fees/holds should be mentioned up front while booking. Otherwise than that the hotel was one of the best ones I've stayed at for the price. Would definitely stay here again

It’s an old hotel. No updates. I had to move rooms the first night because the floors were dirty and sticky. That is not acceptable. It’s a good location just poor management, maintenance and upkeep.
