Everything! The staff was extremely rude! They lost our 2nd night reservation and laughed at us when we questioned them why. When I asked if we could book a few nights in the the same week as we had a large group of relatives staying at the same hotel for a family reunion they said no they were completely booked. But it was clear they were not! It was past 9pm and we asked the front desk if they could turn on the lights in the main lobby so we could converse, eat and watch TV we were told NO! In the morning, staff who provided the breakfast were discourteous and nasty. Our tv remote didn’t work and the front desk told me I would need to bring it to them for a new one. The cleaning ladies never came and was told they all had the day off. We come every year for our family reunion and I will never stay at this hotel again! The staff at your hotel was the absolute worst I have ever encountered and that includes my travels to Europe!! I hope you retrain them or hire new employees! And the whole hotel needs an intense cleaning!

The room was clean and the tub look like it needed to get scrubbed. We loved the pool and a hot tub. I feel like they need to be redone. The paint is chipping off, but that’s about it. I loved my breakfast both days. I really loved the receptionist. He was really great.

The room was ok. Mattress was not very comfortable. It was disappointing that the breakfast wasn't included. I didn't see too many people paying the exhorbitant breakfast fee; lots of food wasted. I'm a Hilton Honors member, so the bottles of water in my room were free, but we traveled with friends who were charged $3 a bottle. Every hotel should include 2 bottles of water with the room. The most terrifying part was when the elevator abruptly stopped, between floors, while my family and I were in it. We called the emergency number and got a recording. Very scary. After a few minutes, the elevator started again, but my kids were terrified to get in again. This was a hassle, as we were on the 5th floor. I had asked for connecting rooms, but did not get it. The shower gel in the shower smells very masculine; almost like Old Spice. Definitely bring your own shower gel. Location was good. Staff were nice enough. We won't return.

I have stayed at this location many times in the past and it was my favorite hotel in the area. Now it is a disappointment. 1. The AC in the room (229) was loud and came on four times an hour for two days to maintain a reasonable temp. Even with the window open (low 50's outside), it was too hot and too noisy sleep. 2. The hallway had an undefinable stink poorly masked by some equally undefined scent which was even stronger in the room. 3. I failed to listen to desk staff when they hinted at staying at another location might be a better option. 4. I should have departed the next morning but rates in the area are absurdly high if not made at least a week in advance. By check-out, I was as tired as a passenger on a NYC-Tokyo flight with a screaming baby. The place is long past its renovation date. I would suggest staying at the other locations in the area. Lobby still looks good.
