I liked the convenience of where the hotel was and it was a clean quiet place. The only reason I gave 4 stars was because the pool was freezing, my kids played in the pool but I couldn’t even get in.

Hotel room was paid for when booked through Orbitz but the desk clerk insisted because it was an Orbitz reservation he had to run a $100 hold on my card for a deposit. Of course when I checked my card account the next day he actually charged my card for the $100 and wouldn’t clear it so I had to dispute the charge with my card company. Hotel itself was dirty and rundown looking and the room didn’t look like it had been cleaned recently as there were hairs in the bathroom sink and tub and the carpet had stains

Absolutely love the pillows! The mattress is also very comfortable! We enjoyed the jacuzzi room for a weekend getaway! The room was very clean! Property is definitely outdated and i didn't care for the coffee or breakfast choices.

I didn’t stay the full booking and was not able to get a refund for the night I didn’t stay. Overall the hotel room was not very great for the money we paid. Staff are extremely not helpful resolving any issues with billing. Overall would not stay here again.

Very convenient location around many restaurants and stores- even found the Jump Station which was 5 min from the hotel and perfect for toddlers and adults. Staff was accommodating and let us in early so my toddler and I didn’t have to wait at target for 2 hours just to stay warm- it was one of the coldest weeks
