Your Reception Staff is very friendly and helpful, as they lendt a pair of scissors to me so I could assemble my wedding flowers. However, I was staying there due to being the Bride at a Marriage Ceremony at Bucks Run Golf Course. My bridesmaids' and I wanted to use the whirlpool to relax, and found it was very dirty, with dead bugs floating in it. I also reached out via Expedia to request a later checkout time to have somewhere to get ready for my wedding, only to learn I needed to vacant by 1:30 pm. I could not arrive at the wedding venue until 3 pm. I had nowhere to spend 2 hours at?

excellent customer service

the first room smelled horribly of dog. Jared at the front desk was so helpful and quickly moved us to a new room which was so much better. ( i travel with a pet but have never needed to change a room) everyone was so helpful and nice. we were there 5 days and it was a lovely stay. the bathroom could use an extra scrub in the shower but otherwise all good. and they have excellent coffee which we really enjoyed!!
