I’ve been a loyal guest at this hotel since it first opened, but unfortunately, I’ve seen a steady decline in the property's overall quality. During my last visit two years ago, only one elevator was operational—and it’s disappointing to see that the same issue still hasn’t been addressed. It’s clear the ownership needs to reinvest in the property.
This hotel sees a high volume of transient guests and families, which makes proper maintenance and updates even more essential. The staff continue to be friendly and professional, which is always a plus, and part of the reason I keep returning. I just hope to see improvements made soon—especially with the slow, still-broken elevator and the persistent damp smell in the hallways.
This is still one of the better hotel options in Mt. Pleasant, but it’s time to prioritize the upkeep it deserves.
