The bed was comfortable, but that is where it ends. From stains on the curtains to no phone or iron board in the room to lights that switch on and off throughout your whole stay, not just once in a while but every 3 minutes, for the entire stay. We would have went down to the desk to complain, but we were exhausted, late check in. We were put in the furthest room on the second floor with the elevator out of order. You get what you pay for. Not worth it, pay a couple more dollars for your comfort.

You really need to remove this hotel from the list, I booked three nights, we arrived late so we had no choice but to stay but we were out of there first thing in the morning. Exterior doors do not lock anybody can walk and you don't even need the key card. No fire extinguishers no fire alarm it was broken. There is drug paraphernalia out on the sidewalks where my children were walking. The staff gave us no information whatsoever on Wi-Fi breakfast anything. My youngest didn't even sleep that night every noise he heard he was awake and asking what was that very unsafe, unsecure and on friendly. I never experienced this and all the years I have been traveling. I will be contacting Expedia for a refund, and possibly contacting the better Business bureau.

Checkin was easy. The staff was awesome when I requested a room on the first floor since the elevator was out of service an I was unable to go up staps. The Pool was nice. The room we got was 104 on the first floor. It was dated. The Bed was very comfortableIt was Dated. Room & Bathroom was clean. Refrigerator, Micro wave, Coffee Pot worked. The price was right for the location. I will stay there again in the future. Dislikes" Our window faced the parking lot. There was no Blackout Drapes. Walkers by could see in our room. No Breakfast. Being a frequent traveler I was prepair for that. So this is the very first thing I do when ever I stay at "any" hotel room. I pull out the Filters on the A/C and wash them with a disinfecting cleaner. But before I wash them I take a photo of the filters before and after to show management. I never have a problem. I have a solution

This property is very convenient. Stayed 5 minutes away from family, the area is surrounded by all the necessities such as supermarkets, gas stations, airport & places to eat. Adored the pool ! It serviced early ‘til later than your average hotel. Parking is perfect. Hotel M should provide fluffier pillows. Our room’s AC wasn’t the best. Overall, good stay.

Place is very dirty with roaches , the rooms look Nothing like it’s advertised online ! It looks like a shelter for homeless people! I had to cancel my stay upon arriving and hotel refused to refund my money

This place looks low budget. My friend fell down the steps because the steps were slippery after they waxed it i guess and there was no wet floor sign AT ALL! The staff ignored me when i expressed what happened and the front desk hung up on me TWICE when I called right after it happened.I will never stay here again!
