Property was dated and in declining condition. The outdoor swimming pool, and the jacuzzi areas were shutdown and not in a useable condition. The indoor pool was found to be in very poor condition as well. The rooms were subpar with stained flooring and awful beds. Overall condition of common areas was dated and less than desirable. This property was not found to be even close to the way it is marketed and advertised. The pros of this facility include the staff and employees of the resort. They were extremely hard working and doing the best they can with the building. They did their jobs well and with a friendly smile. The food purchased during our stay including breakfast was excellent and worth the price. Overall the facilities need an extensive renovation and attention to declining condition of the amenities.
We experienced an issue with a toilet fixture running over in the middle of the night in which the front desk attendant and employee provided towels and a garbage bag and asked we clean up the water and set the bag outside.
