After staying for two nights, my room had not been serviced by housekeeping, and basic items had not been replenished. When I requested clean towels, I was initially told that staff did not have access to provide them, which was later contradicted. I was then informed that in order to receive clean towels, I would need to bring all used towels to the front desk for an exchange.
I was uncomfortable carrying used household towels through the lobby and placing them on the front desk in front of other guests. Despite this, the towels were then handled individually and counted one by one at the desk, which felt unnecessary and unprofessional.
