Clean, well maintained. Friendly staff. Safe. Quiet. On the downside, the continental breakfast had minimal choices and not very good hot food. It's a good place to spend the night on your way through.

The check-in person was wonderful, explaining everything the hotel offered plus information about what was going on in the area. The bed was comfortable, the water was hot, and breakfast was very good.

We really enjoyed how clean the entire hotel was in the room, hallway, eating area, reception area...everywhere! Staff were very friendly and professional. The room had NO odors, was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast area was spacious and also very clean, and the food was not excellent, but very good. Talked to a trucker who has been traveling through the town for the past 10 years and he said he always chooses to stay at Rory&Ryan instead of other hotel/motel options in town. OH, and Figaro's in town has excellent pizza. There ya go, stay here any time you're going through Hines, OR and want a nice rest! :-)

The place looked worn out: carpets torn, sheets not crisp and clean(looked grey), A/C didn’t work, toilet didn’t flush unless you held handle and then it continued to “run” some time, the entire place was not very clean. The same name with the Best Western a few blocks away is confusing. I actually thought we were booking the nicer Best Western Rory & Ryan
