The staff was amazing. I love the text feature they have. No A/C in the winter which was highly inconvenient when the heat is blasted. But atleast they will bring you a $20 box fan. Room needed an upgrade for example TV wasn't smart, carpetted floors, pull out couch was uncomfortable, the wifi was awful & the wallpaper was falling apart. Paying $15 a night for parking was ridiculous considering the rate that you pay per night. The room was unclean when we came in. Breakfast was alright. They say its until 10:30am but during the weekday prepare to wake up early cuz it closes at 9am. Overall, it definitely wasn't the worst I've stayed. But wasn't the best neither. I probably wouldn't stay again. But it worked for the price for my family of 5. Thanks again to the amazing staff.

Always a great stay, i love the Embassy Suites. Its always clean, the staff is so nice, the rooms are beautiful! The continental breakfast is wonderful, and the pool is great. Ive stayed here many times as a staycation with my boyfriend and we always have a great time!

I’ve always loved this hotel because I’ve stayed here multiple times even back when they had the birds in the lobby. Although it’s still beautiful with some of the greenery and fountains and paths, the fountains need cleaning, and some of the landscaping needs a little updating. The rooms could use some updating as well, the loungers in the room seem extremely dirty, and our bathtub seeped through the wall and got the bedroom carpet soaked. This hotel is still great to me, but it needs a little facelift!!
