I checked in an hour early and was aware that my room would not be ready, but I was tired of driving and would have been okay with waiting in the lobby. Instead of welcoming me, the front desk person pointed this out to me right away. Fortunately, my room was ready and I appreciate that. I myself worked in the housekeeping dept for 20 years. I feel this situation could have been handled more diplomatically.

Front desk internet was down and they couldn't find my reservation on arrival. Staff didn't make up the room during my 3-day stay. Ruckus developed early morning hours was not managed by staff, disturbing many guests. Would never even consider staying here again!
