Pros : Great location. Proximity to beach and boardwalk. Great Price. Rooms with mini kitchen. Cons: - Room cleanliness at check-in. There were few spots with spilled coffee that wasn’t cleaned, as well the refrigerator had some uncleared dust. - a bit outdated, but okay for the price.

Weekend stay

The hotel is older, so it looks shabby but its clean. Desk attendant Tray was very helpful in getting us the correct room. Few snacks were available and no bottled water. There was a case of bottled water but I was told it was brought in for the manager. Guest were to go to the convenience store near by. Whatever cleaning solution used on the floors left a heavy residue our feet were sticky and we had to wear shoes in our room .

Great location within walking distance from beach. Nice lobby and elevator. Rooms are not cleaned has a over powering bleach smell . Pillows ,bed sheets, towels were all stained and the Beds are hard as a brick.

Fantastic Stay – Perfect Location and Value! This hotel has a great central location—just a short walk to the beach, tons of food options, and plenty of activities. It’s also a prime spot for people-watching! The staff was super friendly and laid-back, which made the whole stay feel easygoing and welcoming. The price was phenomenal for what we got, and traffic on either side of the hotel was minimal, making getting in and out a breeze. One of the highlights was the pier across the street—great for finding shark teeth (which absolutely thrilled my wife!). Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this place.
