Very crowded. Every morning people would leave towels on the chairs around the pool to “reserve” them. All the chairs were taken by 9:00AM without anyone at the pool. The drunk guests would get to the pool by the afternoon and start lining up their coolers full of alcohol. Very loud in the pool area. Once the evening karaoke started, they moved to the bar area and got louder. We stayed a week and never got to use the pool area. Hotel did nothing. We will not be going back there. Definitely not a good atmosphere for kids or families.

We used to come each year for 5 years. This year first room had broken air conditioning. 2nd room smelled musty and some mold in the bathroom. Wife broke ankle on loose patio bricks and resort didn’t care.

The property needs an update. Went there 6 years ago and it was lot nicer then. Everything old and falling apart now. Rooms are spacious. Ocean access is nice- convenient walk to the beach. Staff is friendly and helpful. 5 stars for the people that work there.

Absolutely 10/10 — more like 100,000/10! This resort exceeded every expectation. The property is beautiful, the atmosphere is welcoming, and the staff were truly top-tier every single person we encountered went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. The pools were a highlight! All of the water is heated, both indoors and outdoors, which made swimming enjoyable at any time of day. A couple of the pools were a little cooler, but still very comfortable and totally do-able. The kids had an absolute blast and didn’t want to leave. The bar drinks were good, though for $16.71 each I would have loved them to be a bit stronger but that’s honestly the only small note in an otherwise perfect stay. This place is amazing, and I can say without a doubt I’ll be returning every year. It’s the perfect spot for families, fun, and relaxation. I can’t recommend it highly enough!
