The pools are excellent and waterpark. Our room on the other hand was kinda dirty. The walls and countertops had dust on them. The bed was clean and bathroom. Room could use a lil deep cleaning since I’m a commercial/residential cleaner.

I loved the two indoor pools both had something for kids of all ages. I liked that each day they had different activities for the kids. The cleaning staff always kept the towels stocked in the room.

The waterpark in Palmetto is more so for little kids but the one in Dunes is bigger and better slides. I wish both had the same slides or a way you could go to other property without walking completely outside to go to it. Other than that it was a good visit

The property was sold. The pools were a ton of fun!! I will say that the hotel itself is rather outdated but it’s not unbearable and I feel can be easily overlooked in some instances. I will say though if you’re not aware, the hotel is not an all indoor enclosure. They use these blue screens to cover certain areas and they sort of act as windows. Moving on they have a daily cleaning and towel replacing service which is very nice! The staff were very nice and helpful. My only real complaint is the shower curtain. It was too small for the shower and there was no curtain liner. As a local I would recommend staying here as it’s pretty affordable to be on the beach. It’s also very close to a majority of the tourist traps.

Don't expect quiet.

It was unusually noisy at the hotel. Late in the evening and early in the it was so noisy you can't sleep. There seemed to be a lot of families with children. The floor in our room (511) wasn't level. From the entrance way it dropped off a couple of inches to the sleeping area and living room. The room was large and I didn't feel cramped. The view of the ocean was great and we liked the balcony. There seemed to be a lot of amenities like water parks, but I didn't have time to try them. I probably won't stay here again, but it might be a good place for families with young children. It's not a good place to relax and enjoy some peace and quiet.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They cleaned the heated pools daily along with the facility. The kids loved the indoor water parks. The on-site dinning was delicious, we ate there a few times instead of going out.These beautiful people took pride in the facility and we enjoyed our stay!

We came on Sat to pre check in around 1200 pm rooms are ready 4 pm. I did check in by 3 pm. Hotel is clean. Room conditions are ok well maintained with touch ups need to be done here and there. Couches could be replaced they look outdated and dirty worn out as other furniture. Beds were confortable and clean. Food at the restaurant was good. Water in indoor pools could be warmer on Sunday that was more cold outside. We could not enjoyed lazy river as Saturday. Parking places feels walking far across the street but is safe.

The amenities were great, rooms were comfortable. However our room smelled stale and musty. The flooring was old and somewhat damaging. But it looks like they are remodeling the building. Our kids loved it overall!

We love this place so much want to go back as soon as we stayed up the money again. Only thing that was kind of confusing was the layout of the two buildings and check in and the elevator location but overall loved it loved it loved it

My family and I enjoyed our stay in room 420 of the Palmetto Tower, which had three bedrooms and a nice overview. The room was well-equipped with all the essentials, and the jetted tub in the master bathroom was especially enjoyable. The only downside was when someone knocked on the door claiming to be from "pest control." I was hesitant to open the door for an unknown person, so I called the front desk. They confirmed that pest control sometimes goes door-to-door and that I could decline the service.
