My daughter left a note for the staff, thanking them for having us. I would also like to thank you for a wonderful stay. The view was amazing and the room was incredible. Although I will admit the WiFi was unsecured and couldn’t get the living room tv to stream. But we’re not there to watch tv, would have just been nice to have At the end of the nights. All in all 5 stars.

The check in was very challenging. Once we finally got our room key we get to the room and our keys doesn't work. My kids were in the cold for approximately 25 mins waiting on maintenance only to find out NOT ONLY DID THE KEY NEEDED MAINTENANCE but the room wasn't completely clean the purifier was still in room told us we had to wait 20 more minutes with MY KIDS COLD. I requested a new room because again it was too cold. My mom was getting sick because she is a diabetic and we drove 2hrs we were celebrating her birthday. We get a new room things were going fine then leave out to get food and THEN AGAIN OUR KEY is not working for the NEW ROOM once again in the cold. The maintenance then have to repair the whole keypad for the new room 🙄 Once we got in the new room the storage closet was unlocked where open bottles of liquor and drinks were reachable for children to have access to if I wasn't supervising along with other personal belongings who I'm assuming were the owners of the property. The only accommodation I received was 1hr later check out and $67 in property fee which I honestly feel I should have received half back on my whole entire stay. It was horrible very disappointed 😞 but because it was a celebration we made the best out of it but my mom stated she enjoyed herself but to pick another hotel next time. Oh I forgot to mention OUR ICE MACHINE ON OUR FLOOR WHICH WAS 7 FLOOR DID NOT WORK SO WE HAD TO GET ICE FROM THE 4TH OR 11 FLOOR. ALSO THERE FEW DISABLED PARKING

I left something behind after check out. called lost and found department of this hotel and even left my number to contact me back. The house keepers at this resort are very dishonest. I never got my stuff back. I even told them exactly where i left this item. Other than that the resort is nice ive stayed there a many of times. This experience differently changed my view.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. We were on the1st floor which was very loud. Rooms were clean but beds were uncomfortable and very squeaky. It was December and we needed some heat, but we could not get it to work.
