Clean hotel. Breakfast had alot of options. Close to the airport and Marshall. Will stay here again next time

Disliked: Property conditions & facilities
Pool hot tub and exercise room were closed. Breakfast was in a small room with bad ventilation. People were in there coughing and sneezing. Also there was a marked smell of paint. Room was missing a table, not very comfortable. Rate for room should have reflected inadequate accommodations.

Hotel under renovation but the issue was the couple next to us. Could their conversations like they were staying in sane room with us and their dog barked loud and often. The trees outside third floor window brushed against window as wind blew and kept us up most of night. Mattress was worn and hurt my back.
We had a very nice overnight stay. The staff was very helpful and pleasant, the breakfast was good, the room was clean and the location was good - we went to Brookgreen Gardens for their Night of a Thousand Lights event and close enough to waterfront restaurants.
