Check in was very poor as it took a half hour at least. Definitely not worth the cost!! If you want a normal drink bring lots of cash unless you think $18 if fair. Check your receipts as they pit 20 percent tip on everything. Over not a nice place

My wife and I stayed here for one night at the beginning of a vacation. Sheets didn’t fit on the bed. Employees were often just lurking in the hall chatting. The hotel itself is in desperate need of a renovation. It was fine for a night, but if you can afford to stay elsewhere, do it.

Clean, quiet, oceanview. I did not like the upcharges when I arrived. It was not displayed when I rented the room online. $120 is quite a large upcharge that I was not expecting.

The hotel was nice and was located in a nice central location, however it was not very clean. The shower was not properly cleaned and had soap left in the shower from the previous stay. The bed sheets were dirty and had stains, we ended up taking the sheets off and sleeping with our own blankets. Very glad we bought our own cleaning supplies or else we wouldn’t have been able to stay. After our stay, I developed hives of some sort and was extremely broken out. The hotel is nice and the staff was decent but cleanliness was a big issue for us.

With a few exceptions the staff were unapproachable and unfriendly. They lacked courtesy and were impolite. The room we were in had a tub with chips in the porcelain and a hand held shower head attached to the wall. The water pressure and temperature were difficult to adjust. The walls in the kitchen had scuff marks. There was peanut shell debris in the area around our entry door. No closet to hang clothes in. A dirty ironing board cover and non working iron. The on site coffee shop had impolite unapproachable workers. I think in the hopes no one would want to buy their coffee there. The location itself was fabulous as we were right on the beach and the bed was comfortable and appeared clean. The kitchen was a full kitchen including stove. Refrigerator. Microwave and dish washer. There was a washer dryer combo in the room. The main reason for my low score on the review was the rude customer service we experienced. Also please avoid the magnolia restaurant and mini golf they offer as both are extremely shabby there are many restaurants and mini golf places just a street over. I expected more from a Hilton hotel

Great beachfront hotel with clean, spacious rooms! I stayed here during a solo trip to attend Mustang Week car show. Splenty of activities on the property and surrounding area with multiple swimming pools, the beach, putt putt golf right across the street from hotel, as well as free parking garage across street ($30 per day for valet parking is available if needed).
