My family of 6 and I stayed here last minute this past week ...I'll simply list the pros and cons of my experience. Pros: Loved that they had last minute availability to accommodate my large family and securing the room was very easy Property is updated in comparison to alot of other hotels/resorts in the area Conveniently located near shopping mall No resort or parking fees Breakfast was included Entertainment package included Cons: Staff was not very friendly or accommodating Not rude just not really helpful either. Breakfast had limited options TV in room went out and was not offered a partial refund or anything at all for the inconvenience Pool area is nice but nothing extravagant and is pretty small Would definitely stay again. Property itself was very clean and updated, room contained everything we needed. Would have given 5 stars but staff definitely dropped the ball.
