We loved how close to the beach it was and the pool and hot tub, only down side was the hours of the poolside bar, was only open until 5pm sometimes earlier and we would if it was later

Hotel blue used to be the nicest hotel unfortunately, it has been really went down a lot. My family and I will not be staying there anymore due to the upkeep of the building.

At check in the girl charged me $284 for no reason. She charged me this plus the non refundable fee plus parking and everything else. Room was not really clean. Took forever to get a refund. Never would stay here again.

We had to check in a block away at a restaurant, wheeling our luggage down the street as this info was not provided. There was a fire in the hotel and the only reason we were alerted to it was because my husband was outside and heard the al and called me to come down. The smoke alarm was barely audible. There was no staff on site, no house cleaning and the swim up bar didn’t open until the weekend.

Terrible service

Reception customer service was terrible and unaware once I paid for 2 night stay when we arrived we had to pay for parking $12.00 a day which was not even on the website and we had to call room service if we needed anything no one came clean the room or if we needed anything just terrible

The bed was so comfy. The room was clean. The bathroom was a disappointment. There was nowhere to put ur soaps or shampoos in the shower. There was also a ball of hair stuck to my towel. The worst part was the smell of weed. It was everywhere.
