Great location, close to the beach

Very good location-close to the beach (less than a 10 minute walk). Only downside was that we could easily hear the room next door. They were kinda loud at 3 AM but stopped after I turned the TV on.

Ok location and service at check in was friendly and efficient. The room was disgusting including a layer of dust on the night table, the tissue cover holder was sticky, no paper toilet in the room, a garbage bag with a plunger was in the hallway during our stay and beds were sagging in the middle.

The air conditioners were being worked on and after they were done mine wouldn’t blow out cold, luckily Chris, the maintenance man resolved the problem by replacing the unit at 1030 at night right before he was to get off, He was extremely professional and courteous and deserves to be commended GREAT JOB !!!!

Wasn’t very Handicap Friendly, very few handicap parking spots close to doors , that can be access with motorized chairs ) easily definitely if one is traveling alone, bathroom flooded every time we showered& dead bugs in bathroom floor & horrible odor. Staff was friendly especially maintenance.

Comforter was missing from the room. Front desk didn't pick the call at night when we called to get one. In the morning we were told it was because they were sold out. They ran out of breakfast items and reason given was too many people to serve. Even when online check-in was done, all details were asked again - not appreciated when kids are tired and it is late night. The location is the only saving grace.

The location was perfect for where we planned on going during our time there. The breakfast was decent but the waffles did have a little bit of a sour aftertaste but everything else was good. The only issue we had was housekeeping never came by to change the sheets or towels so that's the biggest deterrent since there's a placard in the bathroom mirror that stated that housekeeping was done every 3 days so we didn't have fresh towels or sheets for the entirety of our trip. Probably will not visit again in the future
