The toilet was backed up our first night. Only my child had used the bathroom and she just peed.. And I had to go buy a plunger to unclog the toilet to use it. And there was a roach on the damn ceiling.. smh

The check-in process was easy. Once getting to our room I had to rush to the restroom. While using the restroom, I noticed a roach. So, I immediately killed it and threw it in the toilet. The shower curtain also had blood on it. I was immediately grossed out. The couch in the living room looks very unsanitary to say the least. My husband had his hoodie sitting on the bedroom dresser. When he went to put it on, a roach was on it. We decided to not unpack and to keep everything zipped up. We also slept with all of the lights on. I woke up every hour thinking a roach was crawling on me. I killed 2 more roaches in the middle of the night. The pictures on the website are misleading. I felt bamboozled.

Sure we went in the winter time and yeah, Water part was close, of course it would be. When we arrived in the room the unit was not well-maintained. There was a door knob that came off in the bedroom door separating from the kitchen. The toilets are directly in front of the kitchen stove. One bathroom did not work. The toilet had no water in the tank to flush, putting the out of commission, and the remote did not work to the TV on one of them. There was not enough linen in the room other than that the pool area was ok, the attendant that was there was friendly.
