Very nice amenities for families. Rooms could really use an update. Very compact but plenty bed space. Just needs an upgrade on kutchen and Bathrooms... most rooms seem private owned & you can tell. Because no rooms gets serviced automatically everyday you have to call b4 a certain time or go to the fron counter afrer hours. About a 10 minute drive from the boardwalk with the big ferris wheel. Bathrooms are old and floor is all no carpet so the room always felt damp.

My experience at Landmark Resort was mediocre. Yes, furniture outdated, yes they hold on to towels for dear life and yes, the elevators take a century. I even had to ask for a new trash bag and for someone to take out the trash.

The staff was very disengaged. Checking in there was no directions on how to get around the property. Which all was very confusing. The walk way from the garage which is level 3 goes to level 4 of the hotel. One set of elevators will take you to the ground floor where the bar and where the serve breakfast is located if you can find it. Took us 30 min of walking around with no one around to help us. The other set of elevators will take you to the pools. Which are absolutely disgusting. My wife currently has a bacterial infection from. (I know this because we both ate all the same things. Only difference with us was she went in the lazy river inside and I did not). The water just looked dirty. Most other guest were ether smoking weed or being loud all night slamming doors playing music one guest even pulled a fire alarm which made the already slow n dis functioning elevators not work even more than that already weren’t. The staff seemed to just let the other guest do whatever they wanted. I will NOT be staying again. Beds were super uncomfortable felt every spring.

We had no less than 3 things we needed to fix upon entering the room. Toilet wouldn’t flush but husband fixed it. Phone didn’t work and bed didn’t have blankets. When we tried to cook a pizza the stove wouldn’t adjust to the right temp and almost burned down the room when the temp kept changing and the smoke alarm went off. The kids made a game of catching ants and spiders and we even found a huge moth behind the bed. The elevators were so humid and no AC. Also no soap in the bathroom. I will say the pools were fun and the kids enjoyed themselves.

It was dirty and definitely a stay for more of a low grade person. We just stayed one night to extend our stay at myrtle beach. Had to move rooms because our room was beside an elevator that was LOUD. Its a common complaint there. It also stunk everywhere, pools, hottubs, and lazy river was nasty and had dirt caked on the sides. Dont stay here if youre a clean person with standards.

We stayed for four nights and had a wonderful stay. The reviews had me a little worried but we really had no issues. On our last day, there was some very rowdy and rough boys in the indoor pool without supervision but the security guard (a lady, I didn’t catch her name) was WONDERFUL about handling the situation. She made our time at the pool much more enjoyable. Staff was incredible. The man who checked us in was very helpful and friendly as well. The Italian Ice was great. Sharkey’s was okay, it was convenient for a pool day. Gazebo breakfast wasn’t that good but it was edible and convenient too. Overall, our stay was GREAT!

Affordable and staff is very kind and attentive when you need something. Property needs updated. Room 845 is horrible. Phone beeped randomly, had to unplug it. The bedroom AC didn't work. TV remote missing. Bedding for the Pullman not provided. A 2nd microwave was placed on the counter bc the wall microwave was broken. Had some "palmetto bugs" visit. Not a good neighborhood and bus route is hard to follow. Wouldn't recommend this room. Spam texts to attend time share seminars even though I opted out during check in. Family stayed in room 1141 and it was updated and they had no issues. I think each room is owned or maintained by private companies??? Completely different experiences.

Room was dirty, one roll of toilet paper and no one came for whole time to replace towels or clean anything. Couch that my nephew stayed on had bed bugs and he got bit all over. Very bad experience and won’t be going back
