Note the access to the adjacent waterpark is not included with this condo.

We really enjoyed our stay! Condo is in a great location with numerous restaurants nearby. It is located in a nice gated community with sidewalks, so we were able to take walks around the complex everyday. Nice ocean views from the balcony. It also overlooks the waterpark but we did not have any problems with outside noise. The beds are comfy and we especially enjoyed the nice luxury towels that were provided. The layout works well with the master bedroom being at one end and the 2nd bedroom being at the other end of the condo...So they are separated by the living room/kitchen area. We did not cook in the unit, but it appeared to be well stocked with kitchen utensils/pots/pans. I would definitely recommend staying here. We come to Kingston Plantation every year and we have stayed in numerous different condos throughout the property and this was one of our favorites!

Super clean with great location

Enjoyed our stay very much. Condo was very clean upon arrival. Super easy check in process. Owners were great to communicate with and to resolve any issues right away. Great location. Easy access to all the grand strand has to offer but far enough away to escape the hustle and bustle.

Place was beautiful. Views were good. Does have smoking areas available. Fishing in resort is best left to the turtles! Host was more than helpful and on top of things. Really had a very nice vacation. Would recommend this condo highly!

Awesome condo!

We recently stayed at the Brighton in Kingston Plantation. The accommodations were awesome! Everything was perfect from the decor to the cleanliness. The location, grounds and pool were also amazing! Check in and parking were also a breeze. Caroline was great to work with and I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a great beach vacation!

Nice needs improvements

Condo was nice but does not have good beach view. Pictures make it look like you have beach front or pool front you are on second floor that looks down at roof top.. Actually face water park that is very busy and band wakes you up every morning Some things need addressed in condo. No where to put any shower stuff in master bath. Shampoo soap! Have to keep opening shower door to reach the stuff and gets ceramic tile wet which is very slippery. The couch in living room is worn and so are lamps. Dirt on ceiling in dining room from ac unit. No light in “dressing area” master bedroom. A bunch of lamps everywhere but none provide enough light to sit at vanity to do make up . And the remote controls in living room!!!!!!! You have to be a rocket scientist to figure out how to watch tv and Netflix!!! It takes 3 different remotes to watch anything . Host was very nice and condo building and property was beautiful but not exactly all as described in details.

Check-in was smooth and seamless. Owner is super responsive and informative. The building was clean and well maintained. Elevators were fast and dry. The condo was very clean on arrival, the condo is just as pictured. Great ocean views from balcony. Beds were amazingly comfortable. Only recommendation would be a shelf or shower catty in the master shower. And sofa needs some TLC, we sank every time we sat down. Lol These small issues did not distract from our amazing visit.

Myrtle Beach condo

Nice place with good views of the ocean. The balcony faces the next door waterpark but they shut it down around 5PM so it was never really an issue. Overall - nice place and worth the visit.

Excellent Family Condo in Kingston Plantation

Perfect beach vacation condo for family of 4-6. Unit, building, and property all very clean and well kept. Amazing view of sunrise from deck. Kitchen had necessary amenities for cooking in, master bath was very nice, game consoles were a hit with the kids. Pool, hot tub, and beach access steps away from building elevators. All within the gated community and activities of Kingston Plantation. Excellent communication with owner. Would definitely stay here again.

This is an ideal place for staying near Myrtle Beach. It’s a short drive to any of the major spots in the area and the beach is easily accessible. Condo is large, clean, and quiet. Also very reasonably priced, especially with the space and other amenities. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again.
