One night from 10pm until 7am there was a loud constant noise. We couldn’t sleep. The manager told me she would give me 50.00 off my stay . I never revived it

Staff were super nice. However the beds and carpet were old and uncomfortable. Had to change the first room as it wasn’t cleaned - still very dirty. The staff made up for what was lacking, super nice. Hotel just needs an update. Nice place if you just want to hang on the beach - rooms are not for comfort.

We had to be moved twice because of filthy condos. Dirty linens on beds and floors, sand and hair in tubs, dirty dishes all over counters, and floors were sticky. We checked in at 9pm and clearly the resort was unprepared. They moved us to a condo at Sand Dunes and it was the exact same. After moving twice, we finally were settled into a condo that was better than the other two, but far from clean. The entire resort was gross. Trash was everywhere. People partied all hours of the night in the parking lots. Will not stay at any of these resorts again.

I called before I booked and asked about the water park being open they said that it was open but it wasn’t or I would have never booked being that that’s what my kids were interested in also the power went out twice they don’t come ask do you need any towels be changes or anything check out was at 11 they knocked at about 8:30 to wake us up to be out early
