Wow, what a view!? This direct oceanfront 1 bedroom apartment is situated on the 14th floor of the Paradise Resort in Myrtle Beach, SC. This newly updated condo has 2 queen sized beds, one sleeper sofa, and a murphy bed, allowing it to comfortably accommodate a total 8 guests!

As of 2025, this property has been nicely updated! The owner spared no expense by replacing the sofa in the living room, replacing the living room tv with a large wall mounted flat screen, and replacing the dining table with a larger, more spacious seating area! In the bedrooms, both beds were replaced with new mattresses and box springs. This space has been transformed, and we could not be more excited to share all of these fantastic updates with you!

Walking into the kitchen, many of our guests truly enjoy having access to full-size appliances and ample counter space to cook. We provide all basic cookware and cooking utensils, glassware, silverware, and much more. Everything you need to cook a meal is at your disposal! The kitchen features a full size fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher, granite countertops, and an abundance of storage space in the cabinets.

Just behind the kitchen you will find the full size bathroom. The bathroom is fully equipped with a tub/shower, vanity, linen closet, and enough towels and toiletries for your stay.

Walking into the living area, prepare to be overwhelmed by the endless ocean views. These gorgeous views can be seen from both the kitchen and the living room! In the living room, guests will have access to a sleeper sofa, wall bed, accent chair, dresser for storage, TV with cable, dining table and chairs, and access to your own private balcony. The living room will accommodate an additional 4 guests, allowing this unit to host a total of 8 guests! Bring the whole family plus some! The bedroom features 2 queen beds with triple-sheet bedding, a dresser and closet for storage, TV with cable. and easy access to the bathroom. The bedroom will comfortably accommodate 4 guests!

Pack light! This rental is fully stocked and ready for your arrival. All towels, linens, bedding, cookware, cutlery, and glassware are all provided. We also provide a few toiletry items to get you started such as soap, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, and paper towels.

This oceanfront apartment has it's own private entrance and is not shared with anyone! It's comparable to a hotel room, but so much nicer and a tad bigger! The condo will accommodate 8 guests comfortably, sleeping 2 guests in each queen bed, 2 in the wall bed, and 2 on the sleeper sofa.

The convenience of an electronic, keyless entry makes check-in hassle free! Once inside our condo, our guests will also enjoy the balcony with panoramic ocean front views. In addition, the indoor and outdoor pools & water features are a short elevator ride down to the 1st floor!

Guests will have access to basic resort cable and wifi. The departure cleaning fee is in place to compensate the cleaner, the cost of toiletries, and the laundering of the towels, linens, and bedding. We truly want to make your experience with us as affordable as possible! Unlike many properties managed by other companies and homeowners, we can accommodate daily housekeeping and mid staying cleaning requests for a small fee.

Located at the Paradise Resort, this unit is in close proximity to Myrtle Beach's most loved attractions. The resort is situated on the Southern end of Myrtle Beach, but still close enough the everything Myrtle Beach has to offer. There are multiple restaurants within a short drive of the resort, and central Myrtle Beach is about a 3-5 minute drive (with traffic). The Myrtle Beach International Airport is only a 5 minute drive from the Paradise Resort! Uber and Uber Eats have become a very popular option for our guests as well.

Rental of this unit does not include any form of front-desk service or access to, or use of, certain commercial operations located on the property. These commercial areas include The Tiki Bar, Sandals Restaurant, front desk services, housekeeping, or maintenance services. Should our guests need any assistance, they will need to contact us, the host. Guests should also contact us for housekeeping and/or maintenance requests
