Extremely Disappointing Stay

I would not recommend this hotel as a place to stay. My family and I arrived on a Thursday around 7 p.m. after traveling from Georgia. Upon check-in, we were given our key cards and headed to the room, only to be immediately greeted by a large roach scurrying across the bathroom floor. This set the tone for the rest of the stay. As we inspected the room further, it was clear that cleanliness was not a priority. The sheets did not appear to be freshly laundered, the floors hadn’t been swept, and the kitchen area—including the microwave—was not properly cleaned. Considering this was a room advertised with a full kitchen, we expected much better upkeep. On top of that, our key card stopped working multiple times and had to be reset three separate times during our short stay. By the time we were ready to leave, we were so fed up that we checked out at 5 a.m.—far earlier than the standard 11 a.m. checkout. To make matters worse, our experience with local dining options was equally disappointing. My mother became extremely ill after eating at the Popeyes near the hotel, and then again after trying Papa John’s. She suffered from food poisoning and remained sick for days. Because of this, I will be avoiding any fast food or chain restaurants in the area going forward. Overall, our stay was uncomfortable, unsanitary, and frustrating. I would highly advise others to consider alternative accommodations when visiting this area

Staff was professional but the room was not worth the price. The rooms need to be thoroughly cleaned and updated. The floors were dirty, furniture old, the faucet for the bathtub was broken, and the shower faucets were difficult to turn on, remote/tv not working, salt on the stove, lamp shade broken, dead bug, stains on the wall, along with mold and peeling paint on the walls and bad odor. Then we were sent to view another room and smelled like mold.

We originally booked for 3 nights and left after the first. Even that we wouldnt have done if we hadnt gotten in so late. You pull up and the sign looks like a homemade garage sale advertisement. The floors were dirty with piles of hair in the corners, huge dead bug right when we walked into the room, broken glass on the wall hangings, then my family and I were awoken by people having sex and either their were insanely loud or the walls are paper thin because we might as well have been in the bed with them for the privacy that was offered. Would not recommend, not a family establishment.

Do not reccommend unfit and disfunctional

Our Air conditioner didnt work ceiling dripped on us due to the humidity and condinsation the freezer was not working optimily so ice cream snd popsicles did not stay frozen bathroom and kitchen had visible mold, Idid notify the front desk they sent someone for repairs they just laughed and told us we should pack up and move to another room which was already half way through our stay, So would have been too inconvient to repack and unpack again

Great value for the price. Parts are merry outdated (like the furnishings and tvs in the rooms) but everything worked and was clean including pools and hot tub. Go to dollar tree and buy ur own floats for the lazy river!
