I really like the fact it was so easy to get to the beach from the property and it is very clean there . I was a little thrown by no floats for the lazy river and I didn't have any wash rags in my room and only 2 towels and it was a room for up to 4 people .

This property has limited parking couple blocks away, The staff is incompetent. When we arrived it was raining. I Had my 1 year old son with us. We were given a room on 3rd floor. We go up they key isnt working. We had to go back downstairs with all our things and the baby it was 11pm. We had to wait 20 minutes while the check in person reebooted computers. She gave us another set of keys. Again they didnt work. The manager came went up and manually unlocked the door. Someone was already in that room. We had to go back downstairs and it was another 15 -20 minutes before they sorted it out and got us in a room and we didnt get a key until the following morning.. it was awful. I will never stay there again

The room was great! The staff is super friendly. As far as complaints.. the water pressure in one of the bathrooms sucked, the pool area was absolutely disgusting, and parking is a little distance from the hotel, also no pots and pans in the kitchen

Worst stay I have ever experienced.

This property isn’t managed well. The garage and other areas are dirty and stocked with clutter. The floors haven’t t been cleaned. Even carpet hallways wasn’t vacuumed in I don’t know how long. You pay a resort fee to stay but nothing is being done to care for the property or the people. I tried to get quarters to use the property laundry and they don’t have any change. I could give so many examples of bad customer service but I feel bad for the people that work there the owner and or management just doesn’t care. I will never stay here again unless it went under new ownership. This kind of neglect starts at the top.

Ocean view was nice but the building sits back compared to the building next to it, which keeps you from watching the sunrise above the ocean. The building itself is poorly maintained and apparently never cleaned. The same 2 chicken wings were on the stairs for our entire stay, towels were left laying around the pool and nobody came around to tidy up. We had one towel in our room at check in and when I asked for more they gave me 1 towel and told me to bring back dirty towel to exchange for clean as needed…we had no wash clothes no hand towel. The room was filthy. Guess that’s what I get for bargain shopping

Reeked of weed as soon as we got there.. people yelling in lobby trying to start fights. Room very unclean and incredibly uncomfortable bed, like a futon frame almost. Bathtub wouldn’t drain and full of hair.. rude unhelpful staff and they shorted my reservation while trying to jack the rate up for the last night’s my trip.. absolutely would not recommend

Charging for utensils or damn placing a hold on your car to use their kitchen utensils when they should already be in the room if there’s a kitchen, I feel like the housekeeping should do a little bit better with cleaning because our floors were filthy and people that had been in the room before us had left trash and someone left a pair of shoes. It was just dirty. I mean other than that everything was fine, but I feel like housekeeping should do a little bit better with their cleaning and as far as like having the stuff that you need in the room, I think that could be a little bit better too as far as like kitchen wise

I had a horrible experience at my hotel it was very slow and not to mention my room almost caught on fire for some apparent reason nothing was plugged up though!! Turn around I had to get another room almost 1 o’clock at night but the manager kept giving me the runaround on a possible discount or a refund and kids being burn is not acceptable just to give me a room

I rented ocean front view room which was a beautiful view pool service was good I saw the pool guy working hard every day to keep it clean the customer service was awful the room was filthy was not cleaned at all hand cap parking was awful Full of garbage there was no parking for the rest of us had to walk across the street in a sketchy parking lot and was ful of flood water and trash and they where way overpriced might have been in 1970 but it’s 2025 the teals
