Oldie but still adequate

This is a very old hotel. It looks rough on the outside. It sits not too far from the water so that is to be expected with the salt air. We stay here regularly because it is near a venue we frequent; it is a good price for the space and comfort and the front desk staff is very friendly. The rooms are always clean, the bed is so comfortable and there is plenty of free parking.

24 hr check in but no instructions on where room was, check out, breakfast etc. At check out no one was at the desk for about 5-10 min. But the people at the desk were pleasant. Beds were clean but room smelled of smoke(cigarette and Marijuana) Bathroom baseboards were dirty and the shower head was coming out of the wall- low shower head- not for people over about 5' 7" but towels, shower and toilets were clean. Could hear ALL the noises- people walking by, walking upstairs , could hear and understand the conversation in the next room,. Overall good for $100 and a quick nap but not for an extended stay.

This place was disgusting. Only had 2nd floor rooms which was difficult for my handicapped wife to access. 17 steps to navigate. People next door were cooking food in their room that smelled terrible. Asked to be moved which helped but both rooms were dirty; hair on shower curtain and in drains, dirt on walls connecting door had no lockset, just a hole. Did not feel safe sleeping there. I would never, ever recommend this motel to even my worst enemy. If we could have gotten a refund, we would have stayed elsewhere. The room had not been cleaned in awhile. DO NOT STAY HERE!

The area is smoke free and smelled terrible of smoke and other odors. Building is outdated and in desperate need to updates/repairs. Toilet seats rocked, general cleaning was lacking. Curtains only half covered windows so those walking by could see in and light outside illuminated room all night. We had booked for 4 nights, checked in at 10:15 pm first night and refused to stay longer by 9:00 am.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Plentiful breakfast selection. Clean and comfortable room and bed. Newly renovated it seemed, updated bathroom, floors and furniture. Building work being carried out in this location. Good location. It was noisey-could hear people ar night. Sadly someone had a dog next door that started barking at 7am and didnt stop.

This property needs an exterminator. Ants everywhere. We moved rooms twice. Even to a completely different building. This did not help. Because we booked through Expedia we could not get a refund. We checked out. Horrible experience

This hotel is decent. Looks like they have done some updating to the floors, beds, and paint but still needs a lot of fixing up. It served its purpose for us to stay overnight and move on but I most likely would not stay here again. It was loud throughout the night from partiers.

Disgusting Place

It was the worst place. It filthy. The sheet were dirty like they had not been changed. The furniture was rundown and dirty. We could not stay there it was so awful. We got into Georgetown and had to find another place to stay that evening. I lost my money because of the cancellation policy, but I not bring myself to stay there.

When we first arrived we had to wait like ten minutes until the front guest assistant decided to show up to check us in. Our room smelled like weed and we sprayed Lysol before going to supper. Once we came back the smell was even stronger so we had to get another room. This room was filthy and outlets and paint was hanging off the walls.

Unprofessional and bad service

We had no TV service in our room. My husband did a hot spot off his phone to finally get us some TV the second night. We were supposed to stay 3 nights but checked out after 2. Never will stay again. When we checked in two employees were arguing over the paycheck of one of them. And when the lady checked us in, she bent over and her moon crack was showing. Not professional at all. The same lady told my husband there was nothing they could do about TV. Dont let them check you in to room 111.
