Breakfast was a disappointment. There was only margarine in the fridge, no milk. Waffle batter was near empty with only enough batter for less than half of a waffle. So my kids ate dry fruit loops/frosted flakes with a cup of juice.

Overall good hotel for staying the weekend. The beds were okay. The breakfast was not so good. They didn’t keep food and plates stocked. Breakfast was only bagels, toast, waffles, cereal, and boiled eggs and juice.

Horrible Customer service & not worth the money

The room we were given had a leaking shower /Tub Around the toilet was leaking feces around the seal and smelt horrible. There was no latch on the inside of the door that locked like the door and been broken into.. when asked if we could change rooms we were told there were no other rooms! I was told they couldn’t help since we booked through a 3rd party they couldn’t help us or refund us.

Good for the price

The location and parking was very convenient and the hotel was clean and met our needs. Staff was friendly. Not lots of breakfast options but it was free. They advertise both hot/cold breakfast but the only thing hot available (besides coffee) was a waffle maker. Overall, we were satisfied and grateful for the accommodations.

Move on!

Room had ants, beds that the mattress moved, the phone shelf was broken, the pillow cases were dirty and the breakfast bar was horrible and empty of contents all the time. And the most significant issue was a prepaid on hotels.com and the hotel said it only paid for one night and that ended up being a three hour fiasco.
