The room was nice however the balcony was only big enough for one chair so we could not go out together. The tv was small and no good channels. Our toilet overflowed while we asleep and we had to use our towels to clean it up. They told us to put them outside the door and they would replace but nothing. We finally called to front desk they said they would bring them and nothing. Later that evening when we return d still nothing. My husband finally called and they said you have to come get them which is ridiculous. It also took us 40 minutes to check in because they only had one person working at 4pm check in. And parking is the worse!!!! I called before we left to make sure the room had an oven. The person I spoke to said yes so I only brought that kind of cooking utensils even though they said it was equipped with items. Well no stove no oven, just a two burner countertop. Then three pots/pan. We had to go out and buy a set of pots and pans and a crock pot because the food I bought and prepped needed to be in an oven or something. Very disappointing and I would say I will have to pass on a second stay. But like I said in the beginning the rooms are nice and clean but be careful of the balcony view when paying.

Beautiful views of the ocean and friendly staff. Those were the only bright spots. The rugs in the room were FILTHY, mirror frames in the bathroom were broken. The main door is literally less than 3 feet from the bed! Very noisy people in the hallways at 3am and we went in the offseason. Can't imagine what its like in peak season. Will definitely spend extra to stay somewhere nicer next time.

Rooms were clean but I asked the front desk person did they have ice anywhere else he told me no and two minutes later a white male asked him the same question and he told him where the other machines were located in other buildings and I was very upset. The man saw the bucket was in my hand and we ended up walking together to find it and I was explaining what the front desk man had told me and he shook his head and felt bad but it wasn’t his fault he didn’t have to lie to me. What made him different from me so I won’t go back
