Disgusting moldy property terrible experience

The picture is definitely staged or photo shopped, terrible smell, black mold as seen in pictures. I’m very disappointed with the whole experience first time in a long time that I’ve had this kind of treatment

Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
We immediately contacted the manager of the condition of the property and the unit and that all pools were closed. They indicated that they knew and learned that the pools were down several weeks prior but did not mentiion it in the listing. It was also very dirty unit and not updated at all. We immediately asked for a refund as we checked out the moment we checked in and learned that it was dirty and pools were not working. They informed us that no refund was given. The managing company is a scam and I am sad that this is the way they do business. I would never treat my customers this way and I am in the exact business they are in. Money brings out evil in businesses. Do the right thing.
