Everything was great with the room great balcony view of the ocean good beach access friendly and professional staff. The only one thing was the pool was closed??
The balcony was nasty and dirty, curtains were old, rust on top and bottom of the refrigerator, dirt behind the night stand. Steps outside were dirty.
I paid for an ocean view and when I checked in they gave me a room on the side of another building.
This company should be shame of what they are charging people.

Upgraded to ocean view room due to no hot water. But the water in the hotel was fine. Not the cleanest room. Needed upgrades. Looked old but we spent majority of our time on the beach
This place was a dump would never recommend anyone to stay there the service was none no iron door didn't lock the representative for the property needs a facial teeth done and other amenities done to her we never recommended location was nice that's all I can say about it
We had an Oceanfront room with balcony. The balcony slider was hard to operate, but was repaired immediately. Beds were quite comfortable. No on-site food, but plenty of nearby options.
This place was absolutely filthy and unsafe. I had to ask for my own light bulbs and toilet paper. The outside was full of roaches, trash and shopping carts. The rooms were dingy and filthy the pictures on Expedia are not an accurate representation of what this hotel looks like. We only stayed one night and then booked another hotel
Before booking the hotel I called to speak with someone and the line was busy! RED FLAG NUMBER 1! Then I booked a room at this hotel Friday Aug 1 for Saturday August 2nd. As soon as I paid the date switched to Aug 1st smh. I immediately called customer service to change the date thinking it would not be a big deal. Boy was I wrong. Customer service said because the reservation was in progress they could not modify it. I was on the phone with them from 9pm-2am fighting to get the date changed to the following day which would have been Aug 2, 2025. The hotel played games and said in order to change days I would have to pay an additional $86 dollars. Then they said I would have to pay an additional $300 for Saturday. Keep in mind the hotel was in SC and I booked it after 9pm on 1st for the 2nd, so there was no way I could make it to the hotel to check in even if I wanted to. The point of me getting the room was to spread my grandmothers ashes smh. I was not able to do i and they took my money and I didn’t even stay at the hotel $196 smh for absolutely nothing. This is the worst experience I have ever been through in my life and I will be contacting the CEO of Expedia.com to let them know of the shady practices! There is no reason they could not refund me or change the dates! Just evil
This was not the location where I originally booked, but after using a new book app, there was a mix up in my booking and the agent had to find a last minute location that still had opening. This place was definitely not worth the expense. The amount paid didn’t match the facility. I arrived and the towels in my room was wet and you could tell they didn’t allow the linen to dry once taking them out of the wash. So i took the linen to the front and of course there was no linen to give they would bring them to my room. I went out to Walmart and purchase towels and wash clothes. I was nervous about using the towels after that. Nasty used soap bar left in the bathroom. You could see the dust on the lamp, terrible. Constantly killing flying moths in the room. I heard one lady at the desk yelling for a refund because she found a roach in her bed. This room was over $600 for two night and $100 deposit. Best part for me was because the agents made a mistake on my booking, they covered half my cost.
