We loved that is property is right on the beach and was so accessible. Room was okay. Pictures on Expedia and Westgate's site did not really match our room. Bathroom door was broken, sliding door to patio was really hard to open and shut. It felt like there were not a lot of plugs in the room. Only one nightstand for a king bed. Staff was nice. We called about the broken door and were able to get it fixed same day. Also asked for more pillows and they came and brought those in a reasonable period. For the price we paid, we were a little underwhelmed, but overall it was a good stay.

I was not aware room service is an extra charge these days, I asked for a room close to an elevator because my husband had a difficult time walking distances, we were out at the end of the hall way on the total opposite side from the elevator. Easy to find and parking was simple enough. Check in was easy and efficient, staff were welcoming. Miguel the bartender at Coconut Willy’s was fantastic! Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Smells of weed everywhere. Smoking allowed. Just not my vibe Wanted a late check out at 11 and was told to check the same day with front desk at 7:30. Like what kind of service is that. Normally it’s 11 am
