We love staying at Hyatt Place Mystic! We visit annually in December to celebrate the holidays. Customer service is great, common areas and rooms are very clean, and it is quiet at night which is a plus. My only complaint is that the breakfast is no longer complimentary. In a world where everyone is nickeled and dimed it was nice to have that service.

Room was spotless and really what we needed after staying in not a great hotel the night before. They were so accessible and accommodating to us.
