They advertise complimentary "Deluxe" Continental Breakfast but nothing about it was "deluxe." Hoped they had atleast some eggs, bacon, or sausage to offer and there's only one waffle maker. Hard to sleep at night due to loud pipes and AC unit. Other than mentioned, the room looked neat and change the towels often.

This was our second stay here. The check in is fast and easy . The place is clean . The breakfast was good . Very attentive staff. We will be coming back ! Oh ! the best part was the free shuttle service to and from the casino !!

Not a pleasant stay

First of all I am a disabled person. I asked the front desk if I can have a room on the first floor. He then said that there were no rooms available. The next morning we come down for the complimentary continental breakfast and they just had bagels and waffle iron and cold cereal. The front desk clerk was so rude and miserable. I wouldn’t recommend this place to nobody. Be careful for the stink bugs and the centerpedes coming from out of the shower drain.

First off the front desk manager was very rude. He also almost got into a fist fight with a potential renter basically baiting him into a fight. Also, this is the only hotel I’ve ever been to without a microwave????

Turned off drinks right at 10 am. Guy at desk then compounded my frustration by stating we close at 10. Drinks????? Apple Juice? Does it come out of his paycheck? Shuttle dude saved the day to the resort .
