Aquarium hotel

Great family friendly spot. Literally across the street from the aquarium. It’s all nautical/boat themed. Nice little indoor pool although it was broken when we checked in. They had it fixed by the morning and we swam before check out. Walking distance to a bunch of restaurants. Restaurant in hotel also has a great normal kids menu.

The hotel was nice overall. Mystic, CT. Cute, clean, etc. The room was a little dingy, very different from the photos on the website. The thermostat was hanging off the wall and not working, there was wallpaper was coming apart from the walls in a few areas. the doorhnob to the bathroom had a piece falling off. Bathroom light switch was 'tricky'. These details make it feel more like a motel.

The property is located across the street from the aquarium and a huge shopping village. Mystic seaport was a quick 5 minute drive. The hotel was very clean and all the staff were wonderful.

It was fine. Beautiful hotel conveniently across the street from the aquarium. Just not as clean as I’d like. Hair in the shower. Old coffee bags in the coffee machine.
